Teachers have incredibly stressful jobs. Despite the importance of their position, many teachers are underpaid, and salaries can vary greatly from city to city. While some salaries are dictated by cost of living, the fact remains that some teachers are not paid enough for the hard work they do. Which U.S. cities are paying their elementary school teachers the least?

This infographic from PlaygroundEquipment.com visualizes the American cities where elementary school teachers make the most and the least. Elementary school teachers make the least in the Sierra Vista-Douglas area of Arizona, earning just $37,880. The second lowest-paid teachers are in Yuma, AZ, where they earn $40,370 on average. On the other end of the spectrum, elementary school teachers in Kingston, NY make more than any other at $92,090. That’s nearly 2.5 times more than Sierra Vista-Douglas! Counties Where Chronic Diseases Are Most Prevalent in the United States #Infographic

According to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 6 out of 10 Americans suffer from a chronic disease, and 4 in 10 Americans are living with two chronic conditions, at least. Most counties with the highest prevalence of chronic diseases can be found in the southern United States, however, chronic conditions have been on the rise all across the country.  From My Health Champion, this infographic analyzes which counties across the United States see the most chronic conditions. The data found that the highest chronic illness prevalence is in Harlan County, Kentucky (66.2%), with Humphreys County, Mississippi (65.0%) and East Carroll Parish, Louisiana (64.8%) following close behind. The infographic also includes data on chronic illnesses such as obesity, where five of the top six counties are all located in Mississippi, with the highest obesity rate being found in Jefferson County, Mississippi at 49.9%. Apple Announces Delay in Rollout of its New Podcast Subscription Service

  According to Apple, the company is pushing the roll out of its newly launched Podcast subscription service to June.   While Apple has not disclosed the reason behind the delay, it has, however, informed Podcast producers about it via an email.   The tech giant first announced its Podcast subscriptions in April. The service would offer podcast creators the opportunity to sell access to shows, exclusive content, ad-free programming, and other options through the Podcasts platform.   Along with the annual subscription options, the option to set subscription pricing, including automated monthly billing is also available.   System level support for subscriptions and channels is now available with the release of iOS 14.6, iPadOS 14.6 and macOS Big Sur 11.4.
